For more than 20 years the Three E’s: Engagement, Encouragement, and Empowerment, have served as the foundation of my strategies for reaching and teaching diverse youth populations. They also define my work as national living history performer and continue to inspire me to serve the training and development needs of Youth Champions in all walks of life, from Parents and Educators to Youth Service Agencies and first line Youth Worker Staff.
